Andrew is home!

I have been watching this little boy since the day he was born. Andrew is the nephew of Rich and Teresa. When Donnie was younger he hung out with Andrew's dad Steve. We are all so happy that Andrew is doing so much better and is home from the hospital. He has been in Orlando for the last 5 months. He is a true Miracle Baby and a Gift from GOD!!

Memorial Day

We were invited over to Vince and Sue's house (relatives of Rich and Teresa) for Memorial Day food and fun.  The day was absolutely perfect.  We could not have asked for better weather.  The kids had a blast playing on a home made slip and slide down the hill in the back yard.  We really could not have asked for a better day. 

Spoiled!

Auntie Teresa and Uncle Rich are down here from Georgia to visit family and friends.  Teresa has taken this time to spoil little Rachel.  If Aunt Teresa is around you can beat Rachel is in her arms sleeping or eating.  Rachel has enjoyed her visits with Aunt Teresa and Uncle Rich.  Mommy has enjoyed the help also!!

Happy 34th!!

So apparently today is my birthday.  I am the ripe old age of 34 this year.  I spent a nice quiet day with the family.  Everyone gave me the greatest gift of all...CASH so I can go buy me some clothes that fit.

Spring Friends

We have some new friends.  Donnie was cutting a tree back on the side yard and came across the nest.  I have tried to get a picture of mother bird in the nest but she doesn't like it when I get close to her.  I have no idea what kind of bird this is but it will be neat to see the babies when they hatch.  The nest is right at eye level in the tree.  I have to pick the kids up so that they can see in the nest but I am able to peek in every time I go to get in the car.

1 Month Old

Time sure does fly by.  I can't believe it has already been a month.  She is such a joy to be with and I have enjoyed being able to be home with her.  I am sad that I will have to go back to work in 2 weeks.  I don't know if I can stand to be away from her for 8 hours a day.

Canham Reunion

We went to the 1st Annual Canham Family Reunion on Saturday.  It was a great opportunity for me to meet a lot of people I normal would not get to see.  The first picture is of Donnie, Me, Rachel and Donnie's Dad.  It was great that Big Don got a chance to see his son and granddaughter.

2 Weeks Old

Rachel went to her 2 week check up today.  The doctor said she was healthy and beautiful!  She has a blocked tear duct in her right eye but we are putting eye drops in to help clear that up.  Her weight is 8 lbs and she is 21 in long.  She has been such a good baby.  She has her moments at night but that is to be expected in a new baby.  We are both so in love with her and find her such a blessing.
